摘要
设计并采用相同的纺纱工艺纺制了5种不同混纺比例的蓄热调温/羊绒混纺纱,研究了不同混纺比对蓄热调温/羊绒混纺纱物理机械性能和调温性能的影响.结果表明:当蓄热调温纤维质量分数大于30%时,混纺纱具有调温性,且随着蓄热调温纤维含量的增加,调温效果逐渐增大,混纺纱的毛羽、条干CV值逐渐下降,而强伸性能呈波动性变化;当蓄热调温纤维质量分数小于50%时,40/60蓄热调温/羊绒混纺纱的强伸性能较好;质量分数大于50%时,混纺纱的强伸性能逐渐增加.
The thermo-regulated fiber/cashmere blended yarn is prepared in the same spinning technology with five different blending ratios, and the effects of different blending ratios on physical and thermo-regulated fiberproperties of thermo-regulated fiber/cashmere blended yarn are studied. The results show that, when the thermo-regulated fiber content is above 30%, the blended yarn has thermo-regulating property, with increasing thermo-regulated fiber content, the thermo-regulating effect increases, the yarn evenness CV and the hairiness decreases gradu- ally, the tensile property changes in waves; when the thermo-regulated fiber content is below 50%, 40/60 thermo-regulated fiber/cashmere blended yarn's tensile property is better; when the thermo-regulated fiber content is above 50%, the tensile property increases significantly.
