摘要
探讨了在保证按期交货的情况下,供应链节点企业产能和产出缓存有限的二阶BTO供应链的订单接受问题.以供应链节点企业为研究对象,建立了以供应链整体利润最大化为目标的供应链订单接受整数规划模型,然后通过数值分析,验证了该模型的有效性.分析表明:该模型能够有效地协调供应链节点企业间的产能,使订单接受决策在整个供应链上更为合理.分析结果能够为BTO供应链上节点企业的订单接受决策提供有益的指导.
Order acceptance decision with limited capacity and finite output buffers in a two-stage BTO supply chain under the request of punctual delivery is considered, and an integer programming model with the optimization goal of maximizing the profit in the whole supply chain is proposed. Then through numerical example, the validily of the model is checked. Analysis shows that the proposed model can coordinate the capacity between the enterprises in the BTO supply chain efficiently, and can make the order acceptance decision more reasonable. The results can provide beneficial guidance to enterprises for order acceptance decision.
