10kV架空线路用户智能分界开关的研制

Development of User Intelligent Demarcation Switch for 410 kV Overhead Line

针对10 kV用户侧故障的频发现象,提出一种额定电流630 A、额定短路开断电流20 kA的12 kV户外用户智能分界开关的应用,介绍了开关的整体结构、永磁机构、控制装置以及保护方法。阐述了该智能分界开关已在国家机械工业高压电器产品质量检测中心通过了型式试验。

Due to the frequent breakdowns of the 10 kV type on user side, 12 kV outdoor user intelligent demarcation switch with 630 A rated current and 20 kA rated short-circuit breaking current is developed. This article introduces the integral structure, permanent magnetic actuator, control device and protection method of the switch. This intelligent demarcation switch has passed the type test held by national machinery industry high-voltage electrical products quality inspection center.
