摘要 基于有限元法研究配智能开关用单稳态永磁机构的动态特性,进行质量和反力归算,建立有限元模型。计算分析了单稳态永磁机构分合闸动作电流、机构行程特性以及断路器的机械特性,并进行了试验研究。在试验中实测了断路器触头的分、合闸行程曲线和永磁机构分、合闸线圈的电流曲线,仿真结果准确可靠,机构及断路器特性优异。 The intelligent switch is developed based on the research of infinite element method. After conducting quality and counter-force reduction, the infinite element model is built using the dynamic characteristics of the monostable permanent magnetic actuator. This article analyzes the open-and-closed action current and the travel characteristics of the monostable permanent magnetic actuator and the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker, and then discusses the related experimental research. In the experiment, the open-and-closed travel curves of the circuit breaker contact and the open-and-closed coil current curves of the permanent magnetic actuator are tested. The results verify the accuracy and reliability of the simulation and the excellent performance of the actuator and the circuit breaker.
