在交通事故鉴定实践中,鉴定的工作方法是做出鉴定结论的重要步骤,又是取得当事人认可的重要途径。本文提出交通事故鉴定"五步工作法"(即阅读卷宗了解案情、听取当事人陈述、查看现场、检验事故车辆、模拟实验、出具鉴定意见书等)及"五步工作法"在多个案例中的应用,探讨交通事故鉴定规范的环节,旨在公开、透明的原则下,让当事人参与鉴定的一些关键环节,体现司法鉴定的客观性、公正性。

This paper puts forward ＂five-step execution＂ in traffic accidents appraisal （that is, reading files to understand the case, listening to the statements, checking the site, testing the accident vehicle, carrying out simulation experiment, issuing the opinion, etc.） and presents the application of ＂five-step execution＂ in many cases. The paper discusses the standard links of traffic accident appraisal, aims to involve parties in the identification of some key links under open, transparent principles, which reflects the objectivity and impartiality of judicial appraisal.
