应对方式在工作压力与职业倦怠间的中介效应检验——基于对瑶族中学英语教师的调查 被引量:1

摘要 本研究采用SPSS17.0及Amos4.0对调查问卷所得数据进行统计分析,结果表明:瑶族中学英语教师工作压力与职业倦怠存在显著的正相关关系;积极的应对方式与职业倦怠存在显著的负相关关系,消极的应对方式与职业倦怠存在显著的正相关关系,且应对方式在工作压力与职业倦怠之间起到了中介效应作用。
