垂体后叶素治疗咯血的不良反应分析

Adverse reaction of hypophysin on hemoptysis

目的探讨垂体后叶素治疗咯血患者的不良反应及处理方法。方法回顾性分析54例经垂体后叶素治疗的咯血患者的临床资料,并对临床不良反应及处理进行分析。结果 54例患者中,出现不良反应34例(62.9%),消化系统28例(51.9%),心血管系统15例(27.8%),电解质紊乱9例(16.7%),局部反应10例(18.5%)。结论在使用垂体后叶素治疗咯血患者时,应注意监测不良反应及病情变化,防止严重并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the adverse reaction of hypophysin on treatment of hemoptysis patients. Methods Clinical data of 54 patients with hemopthysis treated by hypophysin were retrospectively studied. Results Of the 54 cases, 34 （62.9 %） had adverse reactions. Alimentary system occurred to 28 （51.9 %） cases % cardiovascular system occurred to 15（27.8%）cases%electrolyte disturbance occurred to 9（16.7%）cases%local reaction occurred to 10（18.5%）cases. Conclusion When the hypophysin is used in treatment of hemoptysis patients, the change of the organism should be monitored at any time and attention should be paid to the occurrence of serious complications.
