摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在手术室中应用的价值。方法选取在手术室手术的240例患者随机分为两组,观察组120例采用人性化护理,对照组120例采用常规护理,比较两组患者对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组护理满意度为95.83%,对照组为80.83%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于手术室,能够明显提高护理服务质量,提高患者对护理的满意度,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the value of humanistic nursing in operation room. Methods 240 eases were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group120 cases using humanized nursing. 120 cases in the control group received routine care, The patients satisfaction with nursing service were observed. Results Nursing satisfaction of observation group and control group were 95.83% and 80.83%. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing applied in the operation room, can significantly improve the quality of nursing service, improved patient satisfaction with care.
