心理行为干预对新护士心理健康的影响

Effects of psychological and behavioral intervention on nurses' mental health

目的探讨心理行为干预对新护士心理健康状况的影响。方法对50名新护士采用症状自评量表进行心理状况调查,根据测评结果实施有针对性的心理行为干预措施,比较干预前后护士心理健康状况。结果心理行为干预后护士的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、总分、阳性项目因子得分均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新护士实施心理行为干预措施能减轻新护士工作压力,增强心理素质,提高心理健康水平。

Objective To explore the psychological and behavioral intervention on nurses＂ mental health. Methods A total of 50 new nurses with SCL-90 psychological status investigation, according to the evaluation results of the implementation of targeted psychological and behavioral interventions, were compared before and after intervention of mental health status of nurses. Results The psychological behavior intervention nurse somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, obsessive, anxiety, hostility, paranoia, total score, positive factor scores were lower than before intervention, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The new nurses in the implementation of psychological and behavioral intervention measures can reduce the new nurses work pressure, enhance the psychological quality, improve the level of mental health.
