摘要
进城农民工子女的教育问题是社会流动结构不断变化、农民流动模式发生变迁而衍生出的一个社会问题。作者以昆明市盘龙区、呈贡区等区域的农民工子女作为研究对象,采取问卷调查和访谈等方式,对昆明市进城农民工子女当前教育状况及存在的问题进行了全面分析和研究,提出完善相关法律制度、改善农民工子女家庭教育环境、调动全社会力量支持农民工子女教育等可操作性的对策建议,以保障进城农民工子女享有同等受教育的权利。
The issue of children' s compulsory education of the farmers - turned migrant workers is a social problem which derives from the structural change of social mobility and the mobility patterns of farmers in Chi- na. This paper, taking the farmers - turned migrant workers' children living in the districts of Panlong and Chenggong of Kunming City as subjects, makes a relatively thorough practical survey and study with question- naires and interviews on their current educational situations and problems. The paper strategically proposes that legal systems should be fulfilled to promote the family education environments and social forces should be adopt- ed to support the migrant workers' children education. Only thus, can the migrant workers' children be guar- anteed to enjoy the equal rights of compulsory education.
