超规范要求的主要构件腹板开孔设计研究 被引量:5

摘要 船体结构中部分主要构件为满足电缆、管系布置需要,其腹板开孔参数往往超出规范要求。为保证主要构件腹板开孔后的强度特性,文中提出一种比较强度设计法,并用该方法对一腹板开孔参数超出规范要求的强横梁进行局部加强设计和有限元强度特性分析。结果表明,该方法可用于腹板开孔参数超出规范要求的加强设计。 Due to the arrangement of pipelines and cables in the ship structure, there are always web openings whose parameters exceed the requirements by regulation rules. To ensure the safety of primary members with web openings, a comparing strength design method is proposed. The method is utilized to perform the local reinforcement design and FEM strength analysis of a beam with web openings exceeding the requirements of rule. The method is demonstrated to be useful for the design of web openings exceeding the rule requirements.
