摘要 抗菌药物治疗药物监测(TDM)是抗菌药物合理应用必不可少的一部分。氨基糖苷类和糖肽类抗菌药物的药代动力学特点亦决定其TDM的必要性,本文对其进行综述。 Therapeutic drug monitoring（TDM） is an essential part of the rational use of antibiotics. The article discusses the TDM of the aminoglycosides and glycopeptides because of the necessary which decided by their pharrnacokinetics.
