摘要
利用拉伸试验机、金相显微镜、硬度计、冲击试验机,在不断增大试棒直径条件下,研究了34Cr2Ni2Mo钢的热处理工艺及其淬透性。结果表明,棒料经860℃油淬和600℃回火后,各项性能满足技术要求,淬透深度在100 mm以上。
In the conditions ses and its hardenability of of successively increasing diameter of the test bars, the heat treatment proces- 34Cr2Ni2Mo steel were researched by tensile testing machine, microscope, hardness tester and impact testing machine. The results showed that the performances of bar satisfied the technical requirements after oil quenching at 860 ℃ and tempering at 600 ℃, and the hardening depth was more than 100 mm.
