强流脉冲电子束表面改性TA15钛合金的耐磨耐蚀性能 被引量:7

Wear and Corrosion Resistance of TA15 Titanium Alloy Surface Modfied by High Current Pulsed Electron Beam

摘要 本文研究了在不同的加速电压和脉冲次数下,强流脉冲电子束处理对TA15钛合金耐磨性能及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果显示,经过以合理工艺参数的电子束处理后,TA15钛合金的耐磨性能比原始样品提高了近3倍;同时,腐蚀性能也有明显的提高。利用光学显微镜分析发现,处理样品表面出现了典型的熔坑形貌。 In this paper, we studied on the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of TA15 titanium alloy after high current pulsed electron beam treatment with different accelerating voltage and different pulses. The results showed that after the electron beam treatment with reasonable process parameters, the wear re- sistance increased nearly 3 times compared with the original sample. Meantime, the corrosion resistance improved significantly. By using optical microscope, craters were observed on the surface of the treated sample.
