摘要
总结了热处理工件直径大于台车宽度的新型台车式热处理炉的设计,介绍了鞍型垫铁在新型台车式热处理炉上的应用。通过设备的实际使用,结果表明:新结构的设计节省了能源,降低了使用成本,从而验证了设计具有科学性。
The designs of the new trolley heat treatment furnace which is the workpiece diameter greater than the width of the trolley are summarized. The application of saddle type horn on the new trolley heat treatment furnace is explained. The results by the actual use of the equipment show that the design of the new structure to save ener~ and reduce the cost. It is a scientific eauiDment.
