摘要
将传统井式淬火油槽的外循环冷却系统更改为水冷腔冷却,对带水冷腔的井式淬火油槽热平衡进行全面的计算与分析,并对此型淬火油槽设计、制造及检验提出了优化建议。
The external circulating cooling system of the traditional pit quenching oil tank was changed to water-cooled chamber cooling system. The heat balance of pit quenching oil tank with water-cooled cham- ber was calculated and analyzed, and the optimization about designing, manufacturing and testing of the quenching oil tank were suggested.
