摘要
本文通过对38CrMoAl、42CrNiMo6合金钢材料采用不同浓度新型淬火介质处理后,获得了不同的回火组织和力学性能。结果表明:与普通淬火油相比,采用5%和8%浓度的PAG淬火处理后合金钢强度提高了15%~20%,冲击韧性提高60%以上,金相组织更均匀,淬硬性和淬透性也有较大提高。
After quenching with different concentrations of quenching medium, the 38CrMoA1 and 42CrNiMo6 alloy steel have different tempered microstructure and mechanical properties. The results show that using concentration of 5% and 8% PAG quenching medium, the strength of alloy steel is improved 15%~20%, the impact toughness is increased more than 60%, microstructure is more uniform, and the hardenability has great advance.
