塑片气压热成型机矩阵式加热系统的热场分析

摘要 传统的塑片气压热成型机的加热系统通常中间温度最高,逐渐向两边降低,从而导致加热不均匀、产品成品率降低。通过有限元方法建立塑片气压热成型设备矩阵式加热系统的热场分布模型,并基于Ansys软件分别仿真了加热系统采用均匀加热输出功率和非均匀输出功率两种加热方式下的片材温度分布,发现采用非均匀加热模式时温度分布均匀,主加热区域温度基本为直线分布,变化范围不到5℃,效果要好于均匀加热模式。 Thermoforming machine plays a very important role in industrial production, food packaging and other industries. In traditional thermoforming machine, highest temperature often appears in the middle of the heating system, and gradually reduces from the middle to both sides. It results in uneven heating, reduced rate of finished products and a waste of resources. According to the finite element method and based on the Ansys, this article established the thermal field model of matrix heating system in thermoforming machine and simulated the distribution of plastic temperature in heating system under the conditions of traditional method of uniform heating output power and non-uniform heating output power separately. It found that under the condition of non-uniform heating output power, the temperature distribution appeared uniform. The temperature of main heating zone appeared approximately linear distribution, with the variation range of less than 5 degrees centigrade, resulted in better effect than that under uniform heating pattern.
