摘要
目的确立ICU高级实践护士的培养目标,为构建适合于我国ICU高级护理人才的培训内容提供指导。方法采用Delphi专家咨询法对17名专家就ICU高级实践护士的培养目标进行两轮函询。结果两轮专家咨询的问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.88,两轮咨询的所有肯德尔协调系数均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。培养目标构建中形成了5个一级目标(即积极的职业态度、全面的临床实践能力、熟练的教育咨询能力、基本的临床科研能力和较强的管理领导能力),18个二级目标和61个二级目标内涵。结论专家的积极性和权威程度高,专家意见协调性好;所形成的培养目标合理,具有可操作性。
Objective To formulate the training goals for ICU advanced practice nurse (APN) and provide guidance for establishing the corresponding training content for APN of ICU . Methods Seventeen experts were consulted by two-round Delphi consultations on the corresponding training content for APN of ICU. Results The expert positive coefficients were 100 percent, and the authority degree of experts was 0.88. The coefficient of Kendall were statistically significant(P〈0.01). Ultimately, the training goals were es- tablished, including three grades:5 items in the first grade(positive professional attitude, comprehensive clinical practice ability, a skilled education advisory capacity, basic clinical research capacity, strong management and leadership ability), 18 items in the second grade and 61 items in the sub-second grade. Conclusion The study has a high degree of expert positive coefficients and authority. The expert opinions show a good coordination. The training goals are reasonable and practical.
