地震救灾护理人员的灾害护理能力及其对相关必要性的认识 被引量:60

摘要 目的探讨地震救灾护理人员的灾害护理能力及其对相关能力必要性的认识,以促进对灾害护理能力的认识与培养。方法采用立意取样法,以灾害护理能力评估条目为指引,以5点计分法调查60名参与2008年四川地震救灾的护理人员对自身地震灾害护理能力的评价以及对具备这些能力必要性的认识。结果地震救灾护理人员的灾害护理能力得分为(3.13±0.189)分,对具备相关能力的必要性认识得分为(3.82±0.086)分,四川震区与外地派遣救灾护理人员的灾害护理能力得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两者对具备相关能力的必要性认识得分差异无统计学意义。结论尽管不同护理人员的灾害护理能力有所差异,但亲历救灾可使她们对具备有关能力的必要性有共同的认识,提示在护理教育与培训中要重视融入或逼真再现灾害救援现场。 Objective To investigate disaster nursing competencies and the necessity for having these competencies in earthquake rescue nurses, so as to increase their awareness and development of these competencies. Methods Guided by the influential framework and derived statements on disaster nursing competencies, 60 rescue nurses participated in 2008 Sichuan Earthquake were recruited through purposive sampling and were assessed on their own disaster nursing competencies during the period of rescue and their opinion regarding the necessity for having these competencies using a five-point scaling scheme. Results The overall disaster nursing competencies scores were 3. 13 ± 0. 189 and the scores about the necessity for having these competencies were 3.82 ±0. 086. The competencies score for rescue nurses in affected areas was significantly different from that for dispatched nurses (P〈0. 05), but no significant difference was revealed between the necessity scores for these two groups of rescue nurses. Conclusion Despite of the different disaster nursing competencies in different nursing staff, the disaster-relieving experience enables them to have a common understanding for having these competencies for themselves, which indicates that the integration of simulated field rescue scenarios in nursing education may help increase learning motivation towards a better educational preparation.
