摘要 以乙酰乙酸甲酯和尿素为原料、一水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂、石油醚为带水溶剂合成了6-甲基尿嘧啶。探讨了影响6-甲基尿嘧啶产率的各种因素,得出较适宜的反应条件:n(乙酰乙酸甲酯0.02 mol)∶n(尿素)∶n(催化剂)为1∶2∶0.15,反应时间2.5 h,产率为86.9%。该方法具有操作简便、环境友好、产率高等优点。 6-methyluracil was synthesized from methyl acetoacetate and urea by using sodium bisulfate monohydrate as catalyst and petroleum ether as water-carrying agent. The effects of different factors were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: methyl acetoacetate was 0. 02tool, ratio ofn (methyl acetoacetate): n (urea): n (cat.)wasl: 2: 0. 15, reaction timewas 2. 5 h, the yield of 6-methyluracil was 86. 9%. The method shows the advantages of simple opera- tion, environment friendly and high yield.
