小麦幼苗微管结合蛋白MAP65s体外对微管聚合影响的研究

摘要 微管结合蛋白与微管特异地结合在一起,参与调节微管的结构与功能,目前已成为植物细胞骨架研究的前沿领域。以"临优2018"小麦幼苗为材料,通过免疫印迹实验鉴定了小麦幼苗中微管结合蛋白MAP65s的存在并利用紫外吸收法和SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法初步探究了小麦幼苗MAP65s体外对微管聚合的影响,为进一步研究MAP65s蛋白的生理功能提供了重要的依据。 Microtubule-associated proteins with microtubules' specifically together, involved in the regulation of microtubules structure and function, have become the cutting-edge research of the plant cytoskeleton. In this study, the wheat seedlings of lin you 2018 were chosen as experimental material. MAP65s were extracted and researched by Western-Blot in order to identify their presence. The func- tions of MAP65s were studied by the method of Spectrophotometery and SDS-PAGE. It provides im- portant evidences for further functional studies of the MAP65s. Western- Blot assay showed that MAP65s existed in the wheat seedlings.
