我国于2003年开始推行工程量清单招标模式,目前在工程建设领域中已得到广泛应用。但受多方面原因影响,许多投标人不能很好地掌握这种新的计价体系下的报价方法。以某路桥公司的一次实际投标为案例,积极探索将项目成本基于概率论和数理统计的方法,使报价更具有针对性。

Our country has begun to carry out bid inviting mode of bill of quantities in 2003, which has been widely used in project construction field at present. Due to the influences of many reasons, many bidders cannot master this kind of offer method in this new pricing system. Taking a practical bidding of a road and bridge company as an example, the method of calculating project cost based on probability theory and mathematical statistics is explored actively, making the offer more targeted.
