摘要 丙酮氰醇装置生产能力为8万t/a,消耗原料丙酮6万t/a,产生焚烧废水3000t/a。因丙酮氰醇生产工艺落后,用无机碱氢氧化钠做催化剂,生产过程中产生大量硫酸钠晶体杂质,装置运行周期短,结晶釜3d清洗1次,精制塔5d清洗1次,造成原料丙酮、废水消耗偏高,产品生产成本高;剧毒装置开停车清洗操作频繁,安全隐患大。根据装置存在问题,提出生产丙酮氰醇生产用有机碱做催化剂,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。 The production capacity of acetone cyanohydrin unit is 80 000 t/a, the consumption of raw acetone is 60 000 t/a, producing incineration wastewater 3 000 t/a. Because of acetone cyanohydrin pro- duction process backward, using inorganic alkali hydroxide as catalyst, the production process pro- duced a large amount of sodium sulfate crystal impurity, device operation cycle was short, the crystalli- zation cauldron cleaning for three days at a time, refining tower cleaning for five days at a time, causing high consumption of acetone and wastewater,so the production cost was high,highly toxic plant star- tup and shutdown for cleaning frequent operation, which cause safety problems. According to the ex- istence problem,we put forward a new production process of acetone cyanohydrin using organic alkali as catalyst,which can bring numerous economic benefits.
