猪尿样中盐酸克伦特罗的快速筛检分析

为了调查上海屠宰生猪盐酸克伦特罗(瘦肉精)的残留情况,2010—2011年对该市4个定点屠宰场分25个批次,共取猪尿样本2 791份,用ELASA进行快速筛检,结果显示:阳性率为4.73%(132/2 791)。

Aim to find out the residues of clenbuterol of slaughter pigs, in 2010--2011.2 791 swine urines were taken from the four slaughterhouses in 25 batches in shanghai, analyzed by ELASA, the positive rate was 4.73% （132/2 791 ）.
