无锡市城郊结合部老年人慢性非传染性疾病流行现状

Investigations on Chronic Non-communicable Diseases of the Aged in the Wuxi Suburbs

对无锡市城郊结合部老年人慢性病调查结果表明：前三位慢性病为高血压、慢性阻塞性肺部疾病、冠心病，患病率分别为６４．３３％、１４．５８％、８．５０％；主要危险因素为吸烟、饮酒、体重指数。近年来，老年人高血压、脑卒中、冠心病、恶性肿瘤发病率逐年上升，而死亡率逐年下降。防制对策应采取三级综合性预防措施，特别要开展社区卫生服务。

Investigations on non - communicable diseases of the aged in the Wuxi suburbs showed that the first three places were taken by hypertension, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) , Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) .The prevalence rate was 64.33% ,14.58% and 8.50% respectively. Risk factors were smoking, drinking and Body Mass Index (BMI). Incidence rate of hypertension, stroke, CHD. malignant tumor in the aged has been on the increased in recent years, but the mortality rate has decreased. It should take comprehensive precautionary measures, especially to carry out community health services.
