摘要 以一个复杂曲面壳体零件的加工为例,论述了UG的CAD/CAM功能模块在其中的应用过程和方法,利用UG的建模模块对零件进行曲面造型设计和三维建模;经工艺分析后制定加工工艺路线,设计了辅助夹具;使用UG的CAM功能模块,对加工零件进行合理的加工参数设置、刀路规划及编辑,从而生成各部位加工的优化刀具轨迹;定制所用数控机床的后处理器,并由UG后处理生成NC代码;将经过仿真检验的NC代码传入数控机床加工出实体零件,加工完成的零件具有高的精度和表面质量。UG软件高度集成的CAD/CAM功能,在曲面壳体零件加工中充分发挥了优势,降低了编程难度,并大大减少了编程出错率,提高了编程的效率,从而保证了数控加工的质量和效率,可为同类零件的数控加工提供参考。 A complex curved surface shell part was taken as an example to discuss the application process and method of UG's CAD/CAM technology in the NC machining. The modeling module of UG was used to design the curved surface and create the 3D model. The processing route was planned after the process analysis. And the auxiliary fixture was designed. In the manufacturing module of UG, the appropriate processing parameters were set, and the tool paths were planned and edited. Then, all the optimized tool paths were generated. The specific post -processor was customized according to the CNC machine tool which was used to machine the part. And the NC code was generated by program post -processing. At last, the NC programs verified by NC simulation were imported to the CNC machine tool to process the part. The finished part had high accuracy and surface quality. The highly integrated CAD/CAM technology of UG created a good advantage in processing the curved surface shell part. It greatly reduced the difficulty and error rate of the NC programming. And it also improved the programming efficiency. The quality and efficiency of the NC machining were guaranteed. The summarized techniques of CNC programming and machining provide a reference for the similar parts and also help to improve the application level of UG's CAD/CAM technology.
