The ontology technology was applied to the field of information management systems. The domain ontology was used to describe the conceptual model and the properties of the simulation components. Service - oriented simulation models were rapidly established according to requirement that the simulation services group must be matched in real - time. With web ontological language, protege 4.0 was employed to establish a domain ontology of the discrete event simulation model. It can realize the complex enterprise project management environment simulation more effectively. It provides a new idea for simulation research of enterprise project management.
