新疆县域产业发展与空间布局研究——以沙湾县为例

A Research on Industrial Development and Spatial Distribution on the County Level——Taking Shawan County as an Example

县域经济是国民经济极其重要的组成部分。本文以沙湾县为例,分析了其县域产业发展态势与空间布局现状,认为其产业发展总体上具有产业多元化与合理化、产业结构自我完善两大趋势;但其产业空间布局不合理,各乡镇产业趋同,且规模小、级别低,还存在一定程度的资源浪费和环境污染。根据沙湾县县域产业空间布局现状及产业发展趋势,本文认为其产业空间布局可优化为"三区三带"的发展模式,并提出了具体的发展对策。

The economy on the county level is an important component of the national economy. This paper, taking Shawan County as an example, analyzed its industrial development trend and characteristics of spatial distribution. Its industrial development showed two tendencies which were pluralism - and - rationalization and selfimprovement of the industrial structure. How- ever, there were such problems as unreasonable spatial distribution, industrial convergence, small- scale and low- level indus- tries, resources waste and environment pollution. In this paper, according to the characteristics of spatial distribution and the in- dustrial development trend, it is proposed that the industry spatial pattern should be optimized into ＂three regions and three belts＂ developing mode and some developing suggestions are offered.
