摘要
采用超临界二氧化碳提取南瓜籽油,运用多因素多水平可视化设计法研究了提取压力、分离压力、提取温度、提取时间对提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺范围:提取压力为17.5~30 MPa,提取温度为25~31℃和提取时间为42~80 min,分离1压力为4.0~4.8 MPa。在优化区域内进行了验证实验,提取压力为18 MPa,分离1压力为4.1 MPa,提取温度为28℃,提取时间为72 min,提取率21.84%。
Using the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of pumpkin seed oil, the use of multifactor and multilevel visual design method to study the impact of the extracting pressure, separating pressure, extrac- ting temperature and extracting time on the extraction rate. Results showed that the optimum range were found:extracting pressure is 17.5 - 30 MPa, extracting temperature 25 - 31 ℃ , extracting time 42 - 80 min and separating pressure 4.0 - 4.8 MPa. The verifieation experiment was carried out within opti- mized region,extracting pressure is 18 MPa, separating pressure 4.1 MPa,extracting temperature 28 ℃, extracting time 72 min, the extracting rate reached 21.84%.
