角蛋白助剂处理洗煤废水研究

Research on coal washing wastewater treatment with feather keratin agent

以SS去除率为指标,研究角蛋白助剂用于洗煤废水处理的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:废水pH值5～7,角蛋白絮凝助剂2 g/L,20～30℃条件下处理30 min,此时SS去除率可达到98%以上,COD去除率达到34%。

The process of using feather keratin agent to treat coal washing waste water was researched based on the SS removal rate as an index. The results showed that the optimum process were as follows： feather keratin flocculation agent by 2 g/L was added into the wastewater of pH value 5 - 7, then treated at 20 - 30℃ for 30 min under the conditions. The SS removal rate is over 98% ,meanwhile COD removal rate can reach 34%.
