摘要 苯胺黑是有机颜料中惟一的黑色颜料,广泛用于棉织物的染色和印花。采用红外光谱分析、TGA热重分析、X射线荧光分析等仪器分析方法,研究受热过程对苯胺黑特性的影响。红外光谱分析表明,不同的苯胺类反应物产生的苯胺黑物质的结构有所差异,苯胺黑加热过程中胺基C—N和N—H基团发生断裂,进而被氧气氧化形成新的价键和基团,无机成分在高温下比重升高,氧化形成对应氧化物Cr2O3和CuO,特别在250~450℃升温过程中,苯胺黑结构中胺基C—N和N—H基团断裂量和新基团生成量与温度呈线性关系升高;TGA热重分析表明,苯胺黑的组成和结构主要在250℃温度以上发生变化;X射线荧光分析、灰分测定分析表明,2个样品灰分干基含量为9.40%和21.35%,其中Cr元素含量分别占52.3%和73.1%,Cu元素含量分别占46.2%和16.0%。 Aniline Black is the sole organic pigment of black pigment, widely used in the cotton fabric dyeing and printing. Effects of temperature rise on the characteristics of Aniline Black were investigated by means of fourier transforms infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, thermo gravimetric analyzer (TA) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF). FTIR spectroscopy showed when sample heating, the C--N and N--H groups of amido broke down and was oxidized by air to new valence bonds and groups, While inorganic constituents became corresponding oxide Cr203 and CuO;The result of thermo gravimetric analysis indicated that,it is mainly in the temperature higher than 250 ℃ that the component and structure of Aniline Black devel- oped transformation ;X-ray fluorescence analysis, combined with measuring the ash content, indicated the ash content of the.two samples were 9.40% and 21.35% ,one including 52.3% of Cr and 46.2% of Cu, the other 73.1% of Cr and 16.0% of Cu
