摘要 用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)对纳米SiO2进行表面改性,通过光固化法制备纳米SiO2/水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(WPUA)复合涂膜,考察了纳米SiO2的粒径、改性条件及SiO2和2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)用量对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,当KH-570用量为10%,反应温度为60℃和反应时间为7 h时,对纳米SiO2表面的改性效果最好;采用粒径为56 nm的改性SiO2所制备的WPUA具有优良的性能;当DMPA的质量分数为6.5%~8.0%时,WPUA乳液的稳定性和外观较好;当加入1.0%改性后的纳米SiO2时,WPUA乳液和涂膜的综合性能较佳。 The surface of nanoparticles ( nano-SiO2 ) was modified by methacryloxy propyl trimethoxyl si- lane (KH-570). Then, nano-SiO2/WPUA composite coating was prepared via light curing method. The effects of nano-SiO2, the modified conditions, compositions of the modified nano-SiO2 and 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) on the WPUA performance were discussed in detail. The results showed that the most modified amount was 10% of KH-570,60 ℃ of reaction temperature, and 7 h of reaction time. The WPUA showed the excellent performance after composited with 56 nm of particle size of nano-SiO2. When the mass fraction of DMPA was 6.5% -8.0% ,the emulsion was stable with perfect appearance. Moreo- ver,the overall performance of the emulsion and coating was better,when the composition of the modified nano-SiO2 was 1.0%.
