摘要
以C8~C10的α-烯烃为原料,AlCl3.NiSO4/γ-Al2O3为催化剂,聚合生成润滑油基础油。研究了催化剂用量、Al/Ni比、反应温度、反应时间对润滑油基础油收率的影响。结果表明,在AlCl3摩尔分数为6%,Al/Ni比为4∶1,温度为140℃,压力为5.0 MPa,反应时间为4 h的条件下,合成的润滑油基础油具有低凝点、高黏度指数的特点。
The lubricating oil PAO was obtained from α-olefins ( C8 - C10 ) polymerization catalyzed by A1C13. NiSO4/γ·Al2O3
. The effect of catalyst amount, ratio of A1/Ni, reaction temperature, reaction time on the yield of property of lubricating oil PAO were investigated. The results showed that under the conditions of an A1C13 mole fraction of 6%, ratio of A1/Ni in the range of 4: 1, reaction temperature 140 ℃, reaction pressure 5.0 MPa and reaction time of 4 h, the product having low condensation and high viscosity index.
