摘要 成品油管道在顺序输送过程中会产生混油,预测混油量成为成品油管道运行必不可少的环节。文中以奥斯汀混油公式为基础进行混油计算方法研究,针对影响混油的因素,通过整理和分析西南成品油管道近2年的混油数据,总结各站间奥斯汀混油公式计算值与实际混油量之间差值的变化规律,提出了更符合管道特性的混油计算方法。现场数据的验证结果表明:改进的混油计算方法不仅提高了计算精度,而且便于现场应用。 In the process of oil products batch transportation, mixed oil is inevitably formed, so the prediction of mixed oil also becomes indispensable for oil products pipeline operation management. Based on the empirical formula of Austin-Paffrey, this paper carries out researches on the calculational method of contaminated volume. Considering the influential factors of mixed oil, through treatment and analysis of field data about the products pipeline in southwest China, summing up the difference between Austin-Palfrey formula value and the actual contamination value at each station, a calculational method is obtained for contamination, which can meet the characteristics of products pipeline. Through the validation of field data, the formula for contamination not only improves accuracy but also can be easily used in field applications.
