摘要
管道检测设备尤其是管道漏磁检测设备在实际应用之前必须进行牵拉试验。通过牵拉试验取得管道检测设备的性能参数。文中介绍了管道检测牵拉试验装置传动装置的选择,指出了液压传动试验装置所具有的优势。重点介绍了液压传动装置的组成、蓄能器在牵拉试验装置上的应用,蓄能器的安装及日常维护。使用蓄能器作为传动装置的高速、大负载管道检测牵拉试验装置的成功开发,为大口径管道检测设备研发提供了有效的牵拉试验平台。
Traction tests must be carried out for pipeline intelligent pigs, especially for pipeline magnetic flux leakage intelli gent pigs before the pigs running in actual pipelines. The test data of the pipeline inspection devices can be achieved through the traction test. This paper introduces the choice of the driving device uesd for the pipeline inspection traction test device and point ing out the advantages of hydraulic driving device. It focuses its introduction on the composition of the hydraulic drive device, the application of the hydraulic accumulator on the traction test device, and the installation and routine maintenance of the hydraulic accumulation. The successful development of the highspeed and heavyload pipeline inspection traction test device which uses hydraulic accumulator as the gear, provides an effective traction test platform for the research of large diameter pipeline equip ment.
