Research on Anticorrosion Measures for Buried City Gas Pipeline

文中主要研究城市埋地燃气管道防腐的措施,介绍了国内城市燃气发展的现状和埋地燃气管网腐蚀的情况,从国内相关标准规范的要求剖析了国内埋地燃气管道防腐的基本技术水平,对各种防腐措施(包括外防腐层防腐和阴极保护防腐)进行了分析和比较,介绍了其防腐保护原理,重点探讨了确定防腐控制系统的基本思路和主要因素,并得出研究结论,提出了几点意见。

This paper mainly studies the corrosion protection measures for buried city gas pipelines, introduces the domestic present situation of city gas development and buried gas pipeline corrosion, in response to the requirements of the relevant domes tic standards, analyzes the basic technical level of the domestic gas pipeline corrosion protection of buried pipelines. All sorts of anticorrosion measures including protective coating corrosion and cathodic protection corrosion are analyzed and compared, the an ticorrosion protection principle introduced. It discusses the corrosion control system to determine the basic idea and main factors, in combination with the domestic industry and puts forward some practical suggestions.
