针灸治疗急性胃炎随机对照临床试验的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on randomized control clinical trials of acupuncture for acute gastritis

目的评价针灸治疗急性胃炎的有效性。方法通过计算机检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、MEDLINE数据库,选择针灸治疗急性胃炎的临床研究文献,纳入符合要求的随机对照试验(RCT)和临床对照试验(CCT)的文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9篇文献,合计1 161例急性胃炎患者。分析显示:针灸治疗急性胃炎总有效率优于对照组[OR=6.42,(95%CI=4.38,9.41)],P<0.00001;显效率优于对照组[OR=1.93,(95%CI=1.50,2.49)],P<0.00001;临床治愈率2组间比较差异具有统计意义[OR=12.27,(95%CI=6.52,24.84)],P<0.00001;治疗后复发率2组间比较差异无统计意义[OR=0.44,(95%CI=0.18,1.05)],P=0.06。结论针灸疗法治疗急性胃炎和其他疗法比较有一定的优势,尤其是在总有效率、显效率、临床治愈率方面,但在治疗后复发率方面优势不明显。

Objective To assess the efficacy Methods Literature search in CNKI,Wanfang and of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for acute gastritis. MEDLINE databases was performed to retrieve clinic trials do- cuments about acupuncture for acute gastritis. The meta-analysis was conducted on RCT and CCT documents that read after meeting the enrolling requirements. Results Nine trials including 1 161 cases of acute gastritis patients were included in this study. The findings indicates that the total effective rate in acupuncture group was significantly superior to control group [ OR = 6.42, （95% CI = 438, 9.41 ） ], P〈000001 ;the markedly effective rate in acupunc- ture group was significantly superior to control group [ OR = 1.93, （95 % CI = 1.50,2.49 ） ], P〈0. 00001 ; there was profound significant difference in the clinical cure rate measurements between two groups[ OR=12.27, （95% CI = 6.52, 24.84）], P〈0. 00001 ; there was no significant difference in the repeat rate measurements between two groups [OR=0.44, （95%CI=0.18, 1.05）], P=0.06. Conclusion A acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for acute gastritis is effective, especially in the total effective rate, the markedly effective rate and every time of the total effective rate improvement, but in the repeat rate it is no significant superior.
