湿生扁蕾中1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基口山酮对照品的制备

The preparation of reference substance of 1,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone in Gentianopsis paludosa

目的研究湿生扁蕾中对照品1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基口山酮的制备方法。方法湿生扁蕾药材用乙醇提取,从乙醇提取物中分离、制备对照品,采用紫外光谱、红外光谱、质谱和核磁共振谱对其进行结构鉴定。结果所得对照品用归一化法定量,质量分数大于98%。结论该对照品可作为控制湿生扁蕾质量的指标成分。

Objective To study the preparation method of reference substance of 1,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dime- thoxyxanthone in Gentianopsis paludosa. Methods Used ethanol extract Gentianopsis paludosa, isolated and pre- pared reference substance from the ethanol extract for structural identification by using ultraviolet spectroscopy, in- frared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra. Results The reference substance mass fraction is greater than 98% with the normalized quantitative. Conclusion The reference substance can be used as index component on controlling the quality of Gentianopsis paludosa.
