HPLC法测定生发乌发口服液中二苯乙烯苷的含量

Contents of Stilbene Glucoside in Shengfa Wufa Oral Liquid Determined by HPLC

目的：建立生发乌发口服液中二苯乙烯苷含量测定的方法。方法：采用HPLC法进行测定，色谱柱为DiamonsilC18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5la,m），流动相为乙腈-水（16：84），柱温为室温，检测波长为320nm。结果：二苯乙烯苷在1．52—75．76μg/ml的范围内有良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为99．23％，RSD为1．98％（n=6）。结论：本实验建立的二苯乙烯苷含量测定方法简便，准确，重复性好，可用于生发乌发口服液的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method of determining the contents of stilbene glycoside in shengfa wufa oral liquid. Methods： HPLC was performed on Diamonsil C18 column（4.6 min×250 mm, 5μm） with acetonitrile-water （16 ： 84）as mobile phase, room temperature as column temperature, and detection wavelength of 320 nm. Results： A good linearity for stilbene glycoside was in the range of 1.5275.76μg/ml, r=0.9999, and the average recovery of it was 99.23% with RSD of 1.98%（n=6）. Conclusion： The method established to determine contents of stilbene glycoside is simple, accurate and repeatable, and it can be used for quality control of shengfa wufa oral liquid.
