摘要 蝴蝶兰在全世界范围得到广泛流行和应用,其大量的种质资源给品种鉴定及利用和生产管理带来了极大的操作困难和能源损耗。研究证明,核心种质的构建可以直接解决庞大数量的种质收集和有效利用之间的矛盾。对基于表型性状数据和SSR分子标记数据构建蝴蝶兰核心种质的步骤、方法及检测评价指标等进行了全面阐述,提出了蝴蝶兰核心种质建立的思路。 Phalaenopsis is popular as its global cultivation and universal application, but plenty of Phalaenopsis germplasm resources bring tremendous difficulties and energy loss to the variety identification and utilization and the production management. Previous studies have shown that core collection could directly resolve the contradiction between the germplasm collection and effective utilization. In this paper, the steps, methods and the evaluation index of Phalaenopsis core collection construction were introduced by using morphological traits and SSR molecular markers, and then the conception of constructing Phalaenopsis core collection was proposed.
