摘要
为解决沼气池(罐)因压力过大带来的诸多问题,同时为沼气研究人员分析沼气发酵工艺参数提供数据,采用压力变送器等硬件,基于PLC可编程控制器设计沼气压力自动监控系统,实现了沼气压力自动控制及数据采集的功能。该系统可为沼气发酵工艺优化提供实时动态发酵数据,并提高日常沼气使用安全性。
To solve the numerous problems brought by over pressure in biogas pools/tanks, and to provide researchers with data to analyze the technical parameters in biogas fermentation studies, an automatic monitoring system for biogas pressure was designed with hardware such as a pressure transmitter etc. and on the basis of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The system realized the auto- control of biogas pressure and had the function of collecting data. It could provide real-time dynamic data of fermentation and improve the safety of biogas in daily use.
