摘要
为研究铆钉材料对飞机结构铆接质量的影响,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件分析在采用不同铝合金铆钉材料(2024、2A10和7050)的条件下铆接件和铆钉的受力和变形情况。结果表明:在相同位移载荷的条件下,2A10对铆接件和铆钉的应力影响最小,对铆孔径向尺寸的影响也最小。这些结论可为铆接修理工艺的改进提供参考。
In order to study the influence of rivet materials on the riveting quality of aircraft structures, the software ANSYS/LS DYNA was used to analyze the bearing force and deformation of the rivet and workpiece under the condition that three kinds of alumin ium rivet materials (2024, 2A10 and 7050) were used. The results show that the material 2A10 has the least effect on the stress dis tribution of rivet and workpiece and the radial size of rivet hole under the same displacement load.
