摘要
根据数控机床加工零件的插补原理,利用计算机控制步进电机实现二轴联动,模拟出平面切削加工轮廓。实验证实了用笔模拟刀具画出的图形与所要加工的轮廓十分吻合。
According to interpolating principle of numerical control machine tool cutting processing for parts, the two-axial continuous moving was implemented by computer controlling step motor, and the planar contour cutting processing was simulated. The experimental resuh proves that the figure drawn by pen to simulate tools is very in lined with required processing.
