摘要
在对等牙顶宽变螺距螺杆进行结构分析的基础上,制定了等牙顶宽变螺距螺杆四轴联动加工的工艺流程,选取了相应的工艺参数。介绍利用MasterCAM绘制便于等牙顶宽变螺距螺杆螺旋槽加工的二维图的原理,根据零件结构特点,选择等牙顶宽变螺距螺杆四轴数控加工的方法,编制了相应的加工程序。与其他加工方法相比,提高了效率,保证了零件的加工精度及表面质量。
Based on the structural analysis of variable pitch screw with equal thread crest width, the manufacturing technological process was determined, and corresponding processing parameters were chosen. To realize the machining of the spiral flute, a way of twodimensional drawing by using MasterCAM was presented and introduced. On the basis of the structural characteristics of the com ponent, the CNC fouraxle milling method was chosen, and corresponding program was generated. Compared with other machining methods, the machining efficiency is improved and the machining precision and surface quantity are ensured by using this method.
