摘要
为研究液压泵控系统中多组参数不同的液压缸在工况中的同步性能,以液压控制机构原理为基础,分别建立了泵控、阀控液压缸的数学模型。利用自适应遗传算法的优点,提出了在偏差耦合控制方式下采用自适应遗传算法对控制参数进行优化的三组液压缸同步控制方案,并分析了系统对不同输入信号的响应特点。仿真结果表明,优化控制后的系统稳定可靠,具有较好的鲁棒性和较高的同步控制精度,能够较好地实现模型跟踪控制。
Based on the principle of the hydraulic control structures, the mathematical models of pumpcontrolled and valvecon trolled hydraulic cylinder were established separately for the study of the synchronous performance of the hydraulic cylinders with muhi group of parameters in hydraulic pump control system under different working conditions. The three hydraulic cylinders synchronization control scheme of using selfadaptive genetic algorithm to optimize the control parameters was proposed in the mode of deviation cou pling with the advantages of using selfadaptive genetic algorithm, and the system responsive characteristics for different input signals were analyzed. Simulation results show that the control system is reliable and stable after the optimization, and capable of achieving better tracking control with good robustness and high synchronization controlling accuracy.
