中国目前房价过快上涨的现状,已跻身世界的前列。从表面现象来看,中国目前的房价已经超过居民家庭收入的支付能力,但是房价仍然居高不下,基于中国灰色收入的视角来分析中国房价过快上涨的原因是大量"灰色收入"支撑中国房价高企,同时保障性住房跟不上。因此,降低灰色隐形收入和提供充足保障性住房是控制中国房价过快上涨的对策。

The situation of the fast increasing price of the real estate in China has already caught up the level of the leading countries,which has been unaffordable for the citizens at the first sight.However,the price of the real estate did not fall due to the above.Based on the view of grey income in China nowadays,the reasons of the fast increasing price of the real estate in China are the great amount of grey income and the lack of public housing.The suggestions to solve the problems are decreasing the grey income and providing sufficient public housing.
