农业院校贫困生救助投入机制研究

Research on input mechanism of impoverished students' succor in agricultural colleges

贫困生救助是当前关系到农业院校健康发展的重要问题。文章在归纳了我国农业院校贫困生救助投入机制现状的基础上,分析其存在的问题,分别从完善相关法律法规、拓展资金筹措渠道、优化贫困生认定机制、提高救助体系设计的科学性以及强化精神帮扶五个方面提出了对策建议。

Impoverished students＇ succor is an important issue, which influences the healthy development of agricultural colleges. Based on the summary of the current situation of input mechanism of impoverished students＂ succor in agricultural colleges, this article analyses the problems existing at present, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects, including perfecting relevant laws, expanding funding sources, optimizing recognition mechanism, improving scientificity of succor system design and strengthening spiritual assistance. This article aims at promoting the continuous improvement of its input mechanism and the smooth implementation of impoverished students＂ succor project in agricultural colleges.
