Inheritance and development:Meditation on sustainable development of Youth Voluntary Services in colleges

青年志愿服务活动是新时期学雷锋活动的深化和发展。在校大学生是青年志愿服务活动的主体和生力军,高校志愿服务活动是志愿服务活动的重要部分。文章回顾了高校志愿服务的发展历史,总结了积淀的经验与发挥的作用,并在分析目前高校志愿服务存在问题的基础上,提出了开展特色专业志愿服务活动、完善志愿者选拔培训机制、注重志愿服务活动品牌打造、探索激励志愿服务的长效机制、利用新媒体构建志愿服务平台等促进高校志愿服务活动可持续发展的对策。

Youth Voluntary Services （YVS） is the further development of the Learn-From-Lei Feng activities in the new stage. College students are the main and new force of YVS, which makes up an important part of volunteering. This paper recalls the history of college volunteering, makes a summary of its experiences and effect, and proposes a solution to the current problems in YVS. It asks to launch specialized volunteering activities, perfect the recruiting and training program of volunteers, with a view to brand-building and long-term incentive mechanism. Besides, the sustainable development of college voluntary activities should be promoted with the help of the media.
