摘要
对高校思想政治理论课教师人格影响力进行研究有助于提高思想政治理论课的教育教学效果。思想政治理论课教师人格影响力具有特殊性,与其他学科教师相比,思想政治理论课教师是教学内容的践行者和坚定共产主义理想信念的示范者;与思想政治理论课教师专业影响力相比,人格影响力对大学生思想品德的影响效果更具长期性和深刻性。因此,要把人格影响力上升为教师的第一影响力培养,建立教师人格影响力准入机制,加强激励管理,坚定教师理想信念,进一步提升思政课教育教学的实效性。
The research of the personality influence of teachers can improve the effect of the college ideological and political theory course (CIPT). The personality influence of teachers as demonstrators who practice the firm communist ideal and belief, in the CIPT course has not only particularity compared with general disciplines but also more secular and profounder influence on the students" ideology and moral character compared with the professional influence. Therefore, the personality influence is supposed to be cultivated as the first influence of teachers, by establishing access mechanism to the personality influence of teachers, strengthening the incentive management and teachers" ideal and belief education, and further improving the teaching effect of CIPT course.
